Happy Friday the 13th, SINKERS! 

Some good news... yesterday, the last item we were waiting for, the special limited edition ORANGE METAL COVERS for SINK HALLOWEEN came in! 

This is another super awesome limited edition from the ComixTribe crew and we hope you like it! 

More good news... as of this afternoon, all 538 rewards have now been shipped out! 

There are still 23 backers who we have been unable to obtain surveys from and 1 backer whose credit card was not processed... but everyone else's packages are now on the way. 

We love seeing pick and reviews of our stuff arriving in the wild, so keep them coming and @comixtribe on social media when you do!

John has mentioned that the next issue of SINK, a massive two-parter, draws great influence from Giallo films which are stylish Italian murder-mystery thrillers featuring black leather gloved killers, bold cinematography and red/pink color palettes, eroticism and intricate whodunit plots.  

So expect to see some of those elements incorporated into the next big release... along with the usual SINK flare. 

This one is going to be devious fun...

SINK: SHIPPING UPDATE! And another ComixTribe Launch Ends TONIGHT!

Hey, SINKERS! 

Hope you're all doing well and enjoying your weekend.  We just wanted to give a first wave SHIPPING update on the SINK: Halloween project. 

As of today, we've shipped nearly 80% of the orders, and we've heard that they're starting to arrive for backers all over. We expect to get that up to 90%+ by the end of the weekend, as we continue to get books picked and packed. 

We are still waiting on our METAL covers, which require an extra step/vendor in the creation process... but we don't expect it to be too long before those arrive, and then we'll be able to ship the rest of the orders. 

 Just a quick tip for those of you looking to test out the GLOW-IN-THE-DARK cover... These definitely work best when you first expose the pages to direct sunlight or even better a strong UV/blacklight for a few minutes to fully charge for a maximum, long-lasting glow.  It will also pop best when in complete darkness, from our testing.

The Books Beat the Storm! Packing and Shipping is Underway!

Hey, SINKers! Some good news! Like half of the country, here in Newburyport (ComixTribe HQ) we got slammed with a whole lot of snow over the weekend...

...Thankfully, SINK: HALLOWEEN books arrived RIGHT BEFORE the snowfall hit! 

So, the team has been hard at work picking and packing orders. Right now, the roads and weather is such that it'll probably be a day or two before we can get these orders to the post office or schedule UPS pick-ups, as it's mostly just snowplows on the roads today.  But rest assured the fulfillment process is underway. 

Can't wait to get these books in your hands... We'll have a fulfillment progress update by the end of the week and expect some of you to start seeing your rewards in hand soon!

Hey SINKers, some cool news for you today.  

BUT FIRST, IF YOU HAVEN'T GONE OVER AND TOSSED SOME SUPPORT TO THE LATEST COMIXTRIBE LAUNCH THAT WENT LIVE YESTERDAY ON KICKSTARTER... COME JOIN THE EPIC FUN!

EPIC is the series from ComixTribe publisher Tyler James, who also oversees these SINK launches and artist Matt Zolman, who did a few variant covers for SINK #11 a while back. Tonally, EPIC could not be more different than SINK... but it has that ComixTribe quality you've come to know and trust, so we hope you'll consider throwing a pledge EPIC's way. 

SINK: BLACK & WHITE EDITIONS HAVE LANDED! 

You may recall we decided to do a micro-print run of the new SINK: HALLOWEEN special in a special size and in black white and Alex's gorgeous grayscale tones for that classic horror look. 

Those books actually arrived yesterday, ahead of the motherload of the regular colored edition. This is a really cool way to experience Alex's art and John's killer story, and we're excited for a few of you to add it to your SINK collection of rarities! 

THE REST OF THE BOOKS EXPECTED NEXT WEEK

We're expecting the motherload of SINK: HALLOWEEN #1 to come in by the end of next week. We'll take a bit of time to inspect, bag and board, and then will promptly start sending books your way. 

Note, we've already locked orders and charged any remaining CC's for international shipping or add-ons, so if you've received a backerkit notice from us in the last week, it was probably related to getting these orders locked and ready for shipping.
